It is great to have you here! Welcome to the conversation. This is a critical part of the community we're building here. I've been to other websites where I like what they are doing, yet find promises of community to fall flat. It can be frustrating to see a community, but feel like you can't be a part of it. We're trying to create a space where people wanting to be a part of this community can feel comfortable and welcome to join. We might not get it perfectly, of course.

There are many challenges to establishing a good community and I'd like to address some of those here and speak to how these challenges are being met. Getting the boring part out of the way, the community has to be built on respect, trust and love, so that people involved feel it is a safe place to share, be…
